This is the complete and unaltered transcription of the final draft of that bill, which passed into law on December 14, 2023. Also included are the transcriptions of several sections of the larger bill to which the UAP Disclosure Act was amended which are relevant to the UAP discussion, such as the treatment of whistleblowers within government agencies and updated policies regarding the declassification of documents.
