本书由本人与学生共同编写而成，崔兰宇同学协助编纂与校订。论文撰写之初，就UBI车险发展问题收集了大量资料，对UBI车险的前沿性问题进行了探究，由于UBI车险在中国仍属发展阶段，中文专着稀缺，本书仅在抛砖引玉提供关注UBI车险的学者们一起探讨，作者群初学写作疏漏之处所在多有，望海涵与指正。
