About the Author
1992), represented Bosnia-Herzegovina at the World Court and served as legal adviser to the
Palestinian Delegation to the Middle East peace negotiations in Washington, and delivered the Bertrand Russell Peace Lectures in 2007. He teaches law at University of Champaign, IL. and holds Doctor of Law Magna Cum Laude as well as a Ph.D. both from Harvard.

Priority shipping is $15.00 for delivery by either UPS or Priority Mail. Delivery is within 2-6 business days and includes tracking and insurance. Economy shipping is $7.00 for delivery bu US Media Mail with delivery confirmation.
