The Complete New Testament in Greek, according to Stephanus's edition of 1550. This is the edition often referred to as the Textus Receptus.

Text includes accents and breathing marks. This easy-to-read edition has a two-coloumn layout and a large font size. There is plenty of space in the wide margins to add notes.

This is the real 1550 Received Text of Robert Stephens, and should not be confused with later editions of Scrivener's "Textus Receptus" (which were in fact edited to mirror the Authorized Version).

About the Author

Robert Estienne printed his first Greek New Testament in 1546. Although his first to editions are beautiful Greek texts, the third and most significant is known as the Editio Regia or the "Royal Edition", published in 1550 for King Henri II, which was based on more than 15 Greek sources. The 1550 version became known as the Textus Receptus and was used as the standard Greek text of the New Testament for a number of generations.
