Gary J. Naples is a well-known automotive parts inventory management and parts financial management consultant. Over the course of 30 years, he has worked with: General Motors, Ford Motor Company, American Honda Motor Co., Inc., Hyundai Motor America, Mazda Motor of America, Inc., American Suzuki Motor Corporation, and SEMA, as well as internationally with Interamericana Trading Corporation (now Inchcape Barbados Inc.), Barbados. Gary has provided all facets of parts management and inventory control consulting services, which have included creating operational guidelines for dealership parts department square foot requirements, department financial operating metrics, and inventory control settings and has also created or cocreated many facilitated workshops, web-based training (WBT), computer-based training (CBT), and informational booklets for the same. Naples also personally conducted workshops and seminars, training hundreds of industry personnel.
