Danni Carr is the host of the hugely popular 'How I Quit Alcohol' Podcast and a sobriety coach and mentor. In 2020, she completed Compassionate Inquiry Studies for Professionals with Dr Gabor Maté and became a qualified breathwork and meditation teacher in 2023. Danni has worked with hundreds of people to help them understand their triggers, behaviours, and coping mechanisms.
