Torthell Robinson is thrilled to present his newest book, Men Will Be Boys. He is a combat veteran of the United States Air Force.Throughout his military service, he completed two deployments to LSA Anaconda in Balad, Iraq (Operation Iraqi Freedom) and was deployed to Manos, Kyrgyzstan (Operation Enduring Freedom). He packed up his belongings and moved to Los Angeles after leaving the US Air Force. He made use of the Post 9/11 GI Bill to further his education in film at the New York Film Academy and the Los Angeles Film School. He also participated in the esteemed Upright Citizens Brigade Improv in Los Angeles to refine the dialogue of the characters he develops. The schools provided him with insights into the filmmaking process and helped him delve into the unique aspects of storytelling.He resides in Sin City, also referred to as Las Vegas. While known worldwide for its glamour and gaming, Torthell created a narrative that highlights Las Vegas' lively culture, strong community, and overlooked treasures beyond the Strip, uncovering its true essence beyond the well-known surface.
