W.I.N. is about you! This book will take you up the ladder of self-discovery, awareness and motivation. You will have the opportunity to engage in activities that not only define your personal goals and commitments but help you achieve them. You will learn what it is to win and be a winner in all that you do. Winning is not an occasional thing; it is a habit. In order to achieve success, it is vital to know who you are, what you want, and where you are going.

W.I.N guides you through the process of identifying your character traits, your motivations, and your goals and where you are along the journey of reaching them.

W.I.N. is a culmination of 40+ years in sports, and life experiences all summarized into one straight forward, direct and simple program. Like all great coaches, Nick has taken lessons, experiences, quotes, and stories from peers, coaches, athletes and friends and molded them into his own W.I.N. program.

You will be motivated, inspired, humbled, focused and empowered to follow the steps required to create your own W.I.N. program.
