This book exposes the corruption of our food system while providing a clear way to eat an essential human diet. Just like any other species, humans must eat for our survival. But first we need to know the actual definition of food is? Food is defined as "any nutritious substance that people or animals eat or drink." However, what we eat today is far from nutritious. Some of what we are eating is actually dangerous. We must begin eating whole/local (unprocessed) foods. Nutrition should not be complicated. As a nutritionist I keep things very simple: choose real food, prepare it, cook it and eat it. It's time to stop blindly following what corporate agencies or food businesses tell us to eat. We are at a point where we must take control of our own health. This book will change the way you look at food and set you on a trajectory of excellent health! That is my desire for you!
