Bodies are falling, and Jacob Daniels is caught in the crossfire.

When Richard Hanley is attacked while protecting Janice Reynolds, Jacob Daniels steps up to take his place. His mission: keep Janice safe until she reunites with her daughter.

But as corpses pile up across the region, each with a mysterious link to Janice, Daniels realizes he's stumbled into something far more sinister than he imagined.

Is this a personal vendetta, or part of a larger, more dangerous plot?

With killers closing in and nowhere to hide, Daniels must use all his skills to protect Janice. But at what cost? His actions could put his own family and friends in the crosshairs.

As the stakes rise, an unexpected ally emerges from beyond the grave. The dead, it seems, are not reluctant to lend a hand.

Will this supernatural assistance be enough to turn the tide? Or will Daniels and Janice fall victim to the shadowy forces pursuing them?

In a race against time, one question remains: Can the living and the dead work together to unveil the truth before it's too late?
