Some nightmares never end. Some battles are never finished. Some people are never done dying.

Private investigator and psychic Jacob Daniels thought he'd finally earned a break. After reuniting a mother and daughter and neutralizing the threats against them, he deserved some peace and quiet with his girlfriend Amanda.

When another attempt is made on the life of someone he cares about, Daniels is dragged back into a deadly game of corruption and revenge that is playing out across the Twin Cities. Someone is systematically targeting witnesses, and anyone who might expose their criminal empire.

To protect those he loves, Jacob must use his psychic abilities and combat skills to track down the killers.

With dirty cops, professional assassins, and a ruthless drug lord all gunning for him and his friends, even his supernatural gifts might not be enough.

Time is running out. If Jacob can't unravel the conspiracy and stop the killers, everyone he's sworn to protect will die. And some spirits will never find peace.

Will Jacob's abilities be enough to save those he loves? Or will he join the ranks of the restless dead who haunt his days?
