Matt is the creator of the One Page / One Hour Pledge, a commitment to minimize busywork and maximize collaboration that has been adopted by more than 100 individuals and teams at Amazon, Walmart, Adobe, Disney, and more. His work with tech ethnographer Tricia Wang has been included in Google's official Design Sprint toolkit.
