Old traumas resurface when he finds himself at odds with his fractured family, determined to bury their ugly past. None of it will keep him from exacting his revenge on those who wronged him.

His vendetta becomes two-fold when he encounters a pregnant woman fleeing human traffickers determined to silence her at all costs. The bad guys are ruthless and deadly, with no morals or reservations. That suits Vince just fine. He's done running.

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, the author is a product of his upbringing and environment. Growing up on a sailboat was a perfect segue to a 20-year stint in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. An avid reader at an early age, he was indoctrinated into the world of literature by the works of Clancy, Herbert, King, L'Amour, and Tolkien. Retired and living his best life with two lazy Rottweilers, Merlin and Happy. He can often be found skulking the local Ren Faires in the guise of a sketchy old miser.
