Lani Silversides is an educator and coach with over 18 years of experience working with youth through collegiate student-athletes. She is a former Division 1 basketball player and member of the New England Basketball Hall of Fame. Lani is founder and Executive Director of SG United Foundation (Strong Girls United), the nonprofit with a mission to empower girls through sports, mentorship, and mental health programming. In addition to Strong Girls United, she is founder of Mindful Performance, LLC where she serves as a mental performance coach and supports organizations and programs embed positive psychology and sport psychology tools and activities into their practices.
