When life shatters, how do you rebuild?

In Dear Aaron, Trena Laine shares her deeply personal journey after the sudden loss of her husband. More than a memoir of grief, this is a powerful reflection on love, hustle culture, resilience, and finding healing from the inside out.

Through vulnerability and raw honesty, Trena unpacks the weight of burnout, the silence of grief, and the pressure of endless ambition. As a successful beauty entrepreneur and mentor, she invites readers into her world-a world where the external shine often hides the internal storm.

Dear Aaron is not just about loss-it's about alignment. It's about learning to slow down, reprioritize, and rebuild a life anchored in purpose, wellness, and connection.
