The learning experience needs a major overhaul.

With all the issues facing higher education and workplace learning, why is there so much resistance to change? The world is moving at warp speed, yet learning leaders struggle in keeping pace with the skills and mindsets that are necessary to lead people and organizations in the 21st century. We’ve found ourselves operating within the confines of an imaginary box where it’s safe, familiar, easy. But this ‘safety zone’ is a metaphor for complacency, which is the kiss of death for any industry.

As a lifelong learner, a visionary, and a former business school professor, Dr. Christine Janssen is on a mission to drive positive change for adult learners – whether that be in higher education or in the workplace. She has witnessed and personally experienced the roadblocks to innovation, and has since channeled her time and energy into rewiring the learning experience with emerging technology at her edtech startup, Edstutia. She is joined by Dr. Yogini Joglekar, the COO of Edstutia and a subject matter expert in adult learning and training.

After reading this book, your head will be full of ideas, lots of stories and insights from a variety of learning leaders, and a renewed mindset about the purpose of and possibilities with learning. In addition, the authors provide you with examples and tools to help you take action, because adopting and adapting are no longer optional. Find out why There is No Box.
