Unlike traditional parenting classes that focus on fixing child behavior, POM shifts the focus inward-challenging and equipping parents to grow themselves first.

At its core, POM teaches that parenting is not about control-it's about leadership. Through our structured, values-based curriculum, parents learn how to regulate their emotions, heal past wounds, earn their children's respect, and lead with love instead of fear. We speak candidly about topics many others avoid-like spanking, yelling, blended family struggles, and unresolved trauma-offering not judgment, but clarity, compassion, and truth.

The program includes writing exercises, group discussions, real-world coaching, and practical tools for leading a united, respectful home. Whether a parent is raising biological children, stepchildren, or navigating family breakdowns, POM provides a pathway toward healing, influence, and legacy.
