Hansraj Rahbar is a short story writer of both Hindi and Urdu languages. His language, thoughts and emotions are clear and there is no confusion or complexity in his works. He fearlessly exposes the story of those caught in economic and class exploitation and plunder, departing from romantic realism. He has taken good care of the necessities of art while using his own ideas and understanding to describe the relationships and attitudes of changing life.
