Brandy C. Adams is a writer, yoga teacher, and survivor of life's most difficult lessons. Born with a restless spirit and a poet's heart, she uses the power of storytelling to explore themes of trauma, resilience, motherhood, and spiritual healing. A proud military veteran and advocate for survivors of domestic violence, Brandy draws from her own experiences to create deeply personal and transformative narratives.
