Learning about the brain doesn't have to be hard! It's an important part of understanding yourself. This book will teach you about: major brain structures, major brain processes, some large-scale brain networks, and some neurotransmitters.

Faith Benvenuti has an Honours bachelor's degree in psychology from Trent University, graduating on the Dean's List in 2007. She received a master's degree in School Psychology from Mount Saint Vincent University in 2009. Faith is a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals and has worked in child and adolescent mental health for the Peel District School Board since the fall of 2009. Her work involves administering cognitive and academic tests. She also consults with school staff and parents regarding interventions for a wide range of differences.
