While Satan, or Wondergood, travels throughout Europe, he finds his understanding of human nature challenged regarding their views of good and evil. Satan makes many profound philosophical musings and critiques the societies of Europe quite heavily. Whether Satan sheds his personae of Wondergood to show that he truly is Satan remains to be seen. If Satan does reveal who he really is, the question remains about whether human morality will stand up against Satan's critiques or if it will fail under such revelations.
