The DinoSprout book series was created by author and illustrator Susan Mills, who has dedicated her life to advocating for her son and others with exceptionalities.Susan's passion for creating healthy conversations around exceptionalities led her to create the DinoSprout Educational Book Series, a collection of stories that children, parents, and educators can enjoy together. Each book in the series features lovable dinosaurs that teach valuable life lessons about empathy, inclusion, and self-acceptance. She believes every child deserves to see themselves represented in the stories they read. That's why her books feature various characters with a range of exceptionalities, such as autism, ADHD, food allergies, anxiety, and more. The books are conversation starters that can help families and educators teach children on differences, creating a world where everyone is included, accepted, and celebrated. She lives in Kentucky with her son, and husband, Cameron Mills.
