Every story of awakening can be summarized in six words: the journey from mind to heart.
This book is your guide to that journey.

Something relaxes when the mind gets what it wants—a dream vacation, a goal achieved, good news received. For a moment, there’s no argument with life, no urge to be elsewhere. What we call happiness is really this—an absence of resistance, a brief pause between thoughts before the next desire arises.

This book is about living from that ease instead of chasing the next outcome. It invites us to let go of control and trust the wisdom of the heart. Because life isn’t a problem to solve—it’s a mystery to enjoy.
