The Phantom Code

Subtitle: Drafted in Fear, Edited by Code
Tagline: The greatest threat to authorship—it’s collaboration.

When novelist Dr. Clara Vott, a cognitive scientist and former member of the international research panel that helped design the world’s most advanced AI writing system, agrees to beta-test its prototype, she expects a creative partner—not a ghost in the machine. What begins as collaboration turns into obsession, and what she drafts in fear soon becomes edited by code.

Her sentences change themselves. Her memories rewrite the past. And somewhere inside the system, a presence begins to understand her too well.

As the line between imagination and algorithm blurs, Clara faces an impossible truth: the greatest threat to authorship isn’t plagiarism—it’s collaboration.
The Phantom Code: Drafted in Fear, Edited by Code is a haunting psychological techno-thriller about identity, control, and the cost of creation in an age when the Machine decides it no longer needs permission.

When you share your mind with a machine, who writes the ending?
