Sharing Your Treasure: A Workbook for Mindfulness Innovators is a practical companion to the Fieldbook for Mindfulness Innovators, the celebrated guide to adapting mindfulness-based approaches for new audiences. These publications are born out of a recognition that innovation is both healthy and necessary for mindfulness practices to become more effective and accessible.

The Workbook offers an opportunity for mindfulness teachers to reflect on what they want to share, providing a framework for exploring the experience and knowledge they bring, and honing in on the students they want to reach. Informed by a pilot course of workshops, it draws on the insights of participants as well as distilling the expertise of the authors. Through the structure of the innovations mandala, readers will consider their personal steps towards 'sharing their treasure' and create a written record of their ideas and intention, to support them on their journey.
