Ever Wonder Just How Much You Actually Know — And How Fast You'd Choke Under Pressure? This Is The Book That Finally Puts A Number On It.
The PERFECT Gift Under $20 — Not another dry quiz book that gets played once and shoved on a shelf. This one has a real ladder — ten rounds, 600 questions, easy stuff at the bottom, professor-sweats brutal at the top — plus a built-in scoreboard so you actually know who's climbing highest.
The Ultimate General Knowledge Ladder Challenge Delivers 600 Escalating Questions Across Ten Rounds — Each One Written In Plain Language With Witty, Human-Voiced Answer Explanations, No Experience Or Cheat Sheet Required.
This Isn't Just Another Facts-Salad Quiz Book That Reads Like It Was Written By A Robot.
It's A Playable Climb Where You Actually Test Yourself, Play Head-To-Head, And Watch The Whole Room Sweat Round After Round — With A Personal-Best Card That Turns One Purchase Into A Book You Come Back To For Years.
And The Best Part?
You're Playing In Ten Minutes — In Big, Readable 14–16 Point Type That Works At The Kitchen Table, On The Couch, On A Road Trip, Or Wherever The Whole Room Wants To Find Out How Smart They Actually Are.
Inside, Here's A Fraction Of What You'll Find:
- A Real Difficulty Ladder — Ten Rounds That Start "Everyone Gets It" And End "Even A Professor Sweats," So The Climb Feels Earned, Not Random.
- 600 Fully-Explained Questions — Every Answer Comes With A Human-Written Nugget So You're Learning Something Real, Not Just Being Right.
- A Head-To-Head Scoreboard — Score Yourself, Score Your Opponent, Score The Whole Table; The Book Tells You Who Actually Climbed Highest.
- A Personal-Best Card — Beat Your Own Score Later; This Is The Rare Quiz Book You Genuinely Replay.
- Broad Category Coverage — History, Science, Pop Culture, Geography, Language, Sports, And More In Every Round, So Nobody Corners The Game With One Specialty.
Perfect For:
Game Nights • Long Car Rides • Christmas Morning • Rainy Weekends • Teenagers Who Think They Know More Than You • Grandparents Who Actually Do • White Elephant Parties • Family Reunions • Bar Trivia Warmups • And Gift-Givers Looking For Something Genuinely Useful Under $20.
Readers Love It Because:
Instead Of A Wall Of Random Facts That Blur Together After Ten Pages, They Get A Structured Climb That Rewards Real Effort — And They Get Answer Explanations Written Like An Actual Person Wrote Them, Not A Content Farm.
And Here's The Truth:
Most Quiz Books Hand You A Pile Of Trivia And Hope You Have Fun. This One Hands You A Ladder — And A Reason To Come Back Down And Climb It Again With Someone New. There Is A Real Difference Between A Book That Kills Ten Minutes And A Book That Owns Your Whole Weekend.
One Gathers Dust. The Other Owns Your Next Game Night.
If You're Going To Give One Quiz Book This Year — Make It The One They'll Actually Keep On The Shelf And Reach For Again.
This Is The Kind Of Book That Doesn't Just Sit There — It Quietly Turns Any Room Into A Competition.
If You're Looking For A Family Game Night Book, A Stocking Stuffer For Adults, A Road-Trip Games Book, Or A History-Buff-Meets-Bar-Trivia Brain Teaser — This Is The One.

Store description
We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first visit or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
