About the Author

Dreas Reyneke was a dancer with the Ballet Rambert in London during the 1960s. He learned the classic Pilates system as a student of Joseph Pilates, and then taught at the first Pilates studio in London. Dreas opened his own studio in 1973, which has subsequently been voted the best in England. This is his first book.
