Bernard I. Finel is executive director of the Security Studies Program and the Center for Peace and Security Studies at Georgetown University.
Brian D. Finlay is the director of the Nuclear Threat Reduction Campaign, an initiative of the Vietnam Veterans of America Foundation. Most recently, he was a program officer at The Century Foundation.
