If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email so that we can discuss the details. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery confirmation. If you need to return an item, please pack carefully so that it is returned to us in the same condition you received it in. Upon receipt of the returned item, a refund for the amount you paid for the book will be issued to you in the form of payment you used.

Books are usually shipped within 2 business days via United States Postal Service (USPS) at the media mail rate (up to 70 lbs) for domestic orders and first class for international orders. We use padded envelopes.
