22 CDs in original ilustrated box. Very slight wear to some corners of the box, near-fine condition. The CDs and the accompanying 72 page booklet are in fine condition. The unabridged recordings on the original compact discs have become scarce. A celebrated unabridged recording of Ulysses, released to coincide with the 100th anniversary of Bloomsday. The experienced Irish actor Jim Norton was much acclaimed for this recording. "In the hands of Jim Norton and Marcella Riordan, expert and stimulating Joycean readers, and carefully directed by [composer and Joyce scholar] Roger Marsh, Ulysses becomes accessible as never before.
