Unbecoming

Unbecoming is a collection of poems about loss, longing, and the slow, courageous remembering of who we are beneath everything we've been conditioned to be.

Written over seven years of profound personal transformation, these poems trace an honest journey through uncertainty, grief, hope, love, identity, spirituality, and joy. Rather than presenting growth as a straight line, the collection invites readers into the beautifully imperfect experience of being human-where endings become beginnings, certainty gives way to curiosity, and authenticity is discovered through continual remembering rather than achievement.

Arranged chronologically across seven parts, the collection allows readers to witness change as it unfolds: not as a polished story told in hindsight, but as a life lived one day at a time. Moments of heartbreak sit beside moments of wonder. Questions remain unanswered. Hope returns in unexpected ways.

With spacious design and contemplative pacing, Unbecoming offers an invitation to slow down, reflect, and perhaps discover echoes of your own journey within its pages.

Whether you are navigating change, seeking deeper authenticity, or simply drawn to poetry that honors the complexity of being human, Unbecoming offers gentle companionship along the way.
