This is a modern day parable – showing the importance of, and interaction between your team, your environment and your management style. It highlights the importance of knowing what success looks like and the fact that you may need more than one team to achieve that success.

Mark Jarvis has 30 years of experience in bringing together teams for projects. By his own admission, some of these have been more successful than others, but each experience has helped to hone his understanding of the topic of the book. For nine years he worked at Fujifilm in the UK building teams in sales support and sales as part of a significant time of growth for the company. Since leaving Fujifilm he has established Hunmoco Ltd as a boutique consultancy facilitating the development of teams within a wide range of industries – automotive, communications, manufacturing, sport and charity.
