Booklet to accompany the album and film: Uncle Meat is the fifth studio album by the Mothers of Invention, released as a double album in 1969, the album also served as a soundtrack album to a proposed science fiction film which was not completed, written and directed by Frank Zappa, released direct-to-video in 1987, Uncle Meat is an eccentric character who believes in musical progress. The soft covers are colourful, spine edge worn, musical score to Uncle Meat and King Kong to first page, full page black and white photographs of Frank Zappa, Ian Underwood, Bunk Gardner, Euclid James Sherwood, Roy Estrada, Don Preston, Jimmy Carl Black, Arthur Tripp, and Buzz Gardner.
