It names 19 places across 39 dated entries. Alongside the daily entries the volume carries 72 reports, narratives and plans, seven Operation Orders, three appendices and three maps. Among the papers are: March Table to Accompany 3rd Division operation order No. 280; Instructions to officers in Charge Education 3rd Division; Instructions (To Accompany 3rd. Div. G. 2002); Instructions No. 2. to 3rd. Division G.S. 2002; Instructions No. 4. to 3rd Division G.S. 2002; 3rd. Division operation order numbered 282 to 306 (24 of them); Report on Roads; Instructions for Crossing the German Frontier; Report on Roads. Maldringen-Braunnlauf-Krombach-Neundorf Roads; Table of Reliefs; Forecast of Moves and Reliefs; Instructions for the Advance. No. 1. The diary opens at Quievy on 1 November 1918. 1918 is spent at Duren, Frasnoy, Quievy, Salmchateau and Emptinne. 1919 at Duren, Lindenthal and Cologne. It closes at Lindenthal Cologne on 30 June 1919. Duren is where it spent longest, 86 days across five separate stays, including a single unbroken stay of 31. In 1918 it is also recorded at Sous-Le-Bois, Cousorle, Thuin, Loverval, Bioul, Grand Han, Factory Albnuthen and Euskirchen.…
