Add to basketUndeclared Sino-Japanese War. Questions and Answers. Published by Seattle Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Japanese Association of North America. [1937] 13pp (unpaginated). Original wrappers. Provenance: Library of Congress, with two stamps on the front cover and one on the rear cover. WorldCat locates ONE copy. Good condition. (There are two ancient horizontal folds.) The title page subhead continues so: "Questions and Answers. What Does Japan want in China? What of Japan's Over-population. Will Communism Save China? Why as Manchukuo Born? Who are the most mis-ruled people on Earth?" As you can imagine, the treatment of China in this piece of Japanese propaganda is severe, from the opening salvo accusing the Chinese of starting the war, to seizing Manchuria as somehow related to the Russo-Japanese war, to fighting Communism, to "Nanjing Rejecting Japan's Friendly Overtures" in resolving the conflict. Rare pamphlet.
