Prize for attendance bookplate from Wisbech Grammar School dated July 1912 insde front board plus small bookseller's sticker. The history of the Peninsular War is told from the point of view of Terence O'Connor, son of the senior captain of the Mayo Fusiliers. The preface recaps the story of Gen. Sir John Moore at Corunna. Truly collectable. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
