Mark Llewhellin has worked in the support and care industry and has successfully helped individuals with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, brain injury, autism, epilepsy, dyspraxia, and various other types of learning difficulties.
He:
- Broke the 100-kilometre Treadmill World Record.
- Placed 1st in the Strava Distance Challenge in 2015, competing against over 51,000 runners.

- Worked and lived in London's exclusive Park Lane as a Bodyguard.
- Ran 1,620-miles in the United States whilst carrying a 35lbs pack.

Mark Llewhellin joined the British Army at the age of 16 and served with junior leaders regiment, Royal Artillery where he initially failed his 1 1/2 mile basic fitness test, was voted the fattest person in troop and also bullied. Mark later successfully passed the British All Arms Commando Course and earned the right to wear the coveted green beret. After serving 7 years in the army (mainly with 7 Commando Battery, 29 Commando Regiment, Royal Artillery) Mark moved to London and worked as a Bodyguard in London's exclusive Park Lane. In 1999 Mark did a 130 mile run in the Sahara Desert. In 2000 Mark did a 1620 mile run from Denver to San Francisco. In 2001 he broke the 100k Treadmill World Record. In 2014 and 2015 Mark came first on the Strava distance challenge out of over 51,000 runners. Mark has spent over 20 years studying human behaviour and personal development. He is a motivational speaker, a personal development coach and interviews people who have achieved great levels of success; including world record breakers, former special forces soldiers, top achievers in the entertainment industry, multimillionaires and world champions to find out the secret of their success. He has been featured in leading national and international newspapers such as The Times and The Mirror. He mainly lives in Wales and is a very proud father.
