Synopsis

This is a book commissioned by a construction company and written by an architect with the hope that if constructors learn more about who designers are, what drives them, and what they consider to be successful design, they will become better business partners and more effective builders. About the Author

Robert W. Dorsey is a registered architect in Ohio and Indiana and a fellow in both the American Institute of Architects and the American Institute of Consttructors. In addition, he is a Distinguished Teaching Professor of Construction Science at the University of Cincinnati's OMI College of Applied Science. Other books by Professor Dorsey include: Architecture and Construction in Cincinnati, Project Delivery Systems, and Case Studies in Building Design and Construction.
