About this title

Synopsis

The "Beasts" of Revelation 13 are enigmatic characters that are to appear in a prophetic panorama of the last days of our present civilization. There are numerous interpretations about whom, or what, these characters represent ... anywhere from the rise of Papal supremacy over a continental empire in Europe to the last of seven "resurrections" of the Holy Roman Empire led by a German ruler who is aligned with 10 European nations and the Pope, who will be a powerful religious figure who can do mighty signs and wonders to further the cause of a "strong man" of Germany in attempting to take over the world. One concept even says that the second "Beast" of Revelation 13 is none other than the United States! Some ideas are very convincing! This prophetic mystery is thoroughly investigated to provide better understanding of history and scripture.

About the Author

Larry E. Ford delivers a potent, spiritually challenging message: a fresh breath of “straight talk and plain truth.” Ford's resume features fifty years in the ministry, undergraduate degrees in German and theology, postgraduate degrees in theology and educational administration, professional certification in English language and literature (retiring from Education after twenty-two years), and eighteen years of experience in the building trades. These experiences have provided the ingredients that make him more than qualified to deliver this inspiring message. He has demonstrated his ability to clearly and understandably present God's word to the “average Joe” in various venues outside of the pastorate.

On the church website, Ford makes available a selection of books, a twelve-lesson Bible study course, and a quarterly magazine-all free of charge. Between 1994 and 2008, he wrote, produced, and hosted three Christian education outreach radio programs: “Rightly Dividing the Word of Truth (1994-2002);” “Studies from the Bible;” and “Plain Truth with Larry Ford (2004-2008).”

Now, he moves into the book publishing arena.
