He is also the Subject Matter Expert on ME/CFS for the Illinois RECOVER HUB program. Dr. Charles Lapp, MD, is an Internal Medicine Specialist in Charlotte, NC, and has over 48 years of experience in the medical field with a particular emphasis in ME/CFS. He founded and is the Director of the Hunter-Hopkins Center.
