Understanding The Book of Revelation: Layman's Words

To whomever may read this book:

I started a study of Revelation several years ago. The reason for starting this study was to try and understand the last book of the Bible. So many had told me that Revelation was full of mysteries and difficult to understand. I searched for something that would guide me, make me think about each verse and how each passage applies to my life now and how it could in the future. My great uncle had written a book many years ago that had been passed down through my family to me. I used his book as my guide for my quest. But, as I got into the study I began writing down additional verses, thoughts and life applications. Also, trying to relate to what we know as everyday life today to what must of seemed so foreign to John. All that said this book was put together with much prayer and godly guidance to provide assistance in studying Revelation. I hope it will help someone not only understand Revelation, but prompt thoughts and discussions. Most of all I hope this book might inspire to spread the gospel before it is too late and possibly help someone find their way to Christ.
