About The Author: Prof. O.P. Dhiman M.A. (Philosophy and Political Science), M.E.d., Hony. Director, Multani Mal Modi College, Patiala has been formerly Principal of this College and Head, Department of Social sciences, Govt. College of Education, Patiala. Prof. Dhiman, has been Chairman, sports Committee, Member Syndicate, Senate, Academic council, faulty of Arts and Social Sciences and Board of Studies in education of Punjabi University, Patiala. He worked as Principal of Multani Mal Modi College, Patiala for two years when terrorism was alarming and his predecessor was shotdead by the terrorists at the College Campus during day time. Prof Dhiman has published several original books, which found wide circulation. His book "Gandhian Philosophy A Critical and Comprehensive Study" with a Foreword by Shri R.R. Diwakar, Chariman Gandhi Peace Foundation got appreciative comments form several authorities on the subject in India and abroad.
