About the Author

Robert L. Powers and Jane Griffith are members (emeriti) of the faculty of the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, where Powers was named Distinguished Service Professor of Adlerian Studies in Culture and Personality. Each of them has served as president of the North American Society of Adlerian Psychology. They are regular consultants and lecturers in the U.S. and abroad.
