This combination of varied readings, real-world cases and thought-provoking exercises prepares readers to enter an increasingly broad workplace where diversity must not only be accepted, but also understood. Covers a broad definition of diversity from primary—race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, physical/mental abilities and age) to secondary aspects of diversity—religion, communication, military experience, international work experience, etc. For use as a reference to diversity trainers who particularly value the experiential exercises.
