Previously, Ms. Davison served as Assistant Vice President of a financial institution where she directed investments for the general account and mutual fund operations. Her responsibilities also included portfolio management of two mutual funds, which were part of a $7 billion portfolio. Prior to her seven years in investments, she spent six years as Manager of Internal Audit. She was responsible for the management of corporate audit activities, computer security, and information systems audits.
Ms. Davison is a Certified Internal Auditor, a Certified Information Systems Auditor, and a Fellow in the Life Management Institute. She has obtained her Series 7 and Series 65 from the National Association of Security Dealers (NASD). She is a member of The Institute of Internal Auditors, The Information Systems Auditor's Association, and the Life Office Management Association. She has been a Distinguished Faculty Instructor for The Institute since 1992, and recently developed four seminar courses for the organization.
