The purpose of this book is to help the reader understand organizations and management, their structure and behavior, and the decisions that are made within. Dr. Shuler has over 30 years of experience in industry and governmental organizations. He has taught various graduate courses, including organization theory. He has master's degrees in management and supervision, radiation science and public administration and a doctorate in public administration.
