By Daniel Adams and published in Worcester by Isaiah Thomas. Circa 1810. 227 pp. 6.75” x 4.5”. 12mo. Hardcover original wood boards. In fair condition, with losses to paper along edges and corners of boards. Cracking to hinges at front and rear. Some staining remnants present. Light markings. Text block as a whole generally bound well. General age-related toning to pages, along with periodic foxing and wear. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing. A rare copy of an early American textbook. Produced by Isaiah Thomas (1749-1831), an American publisher and founder of the American Antiquarian Society who was the first to report on the Battle of Lexington and Concord.
