vi, 227p. Contemporary boards with a calf backed spine. First printed in 1803. This is an undated reprint, but indicated as the 'sixth edition' on the title page. Daniel Adams (1773 1864) was a noted physician, textbook author, and state legislator. Paper cover removed exposing the boards. Some browning in areas throughout. Contemporary signature by Johabod Upham on the inside front blank dated 1813.
