Phoebe Lindsey Barton, Ph.D., is a professor in the School of Medicine at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, Denver. She is director of the Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) program and teaches courses in health care systems and health services research. Prior to coming to Colorado, she was on the faculty of the University of California, Los Angeles School of Public Health.
