As an experienced keynote speaker and emcee, Michele's speaking experience covers the United States and includes Compassion International, Women of Faith, Focus on the Family, Proverbs 31 She Speaks, Hearts-at-Home, women's and writer's conferences, business and church events as well as various radio, video and audio recording projects. In 2014, she joined Michael Hyatt as the cohost on his popular This is Your Life podcast. In addition, she and Michael produced Get Published, a 21-session audio program for aspiring writers. In 2013, Michele joined the Compassion International team as one of their spotlighted speakers and advocates for child sponsorship.

Since 2007, Michele has been on staff with Dynamic Communicators International, led by Ken Davis. She fills multiple roles at these events including emcee, presenter and coach. With a solid understanding of what makes for excellent communication, Michele has coached multiple large-platform speakers in how to craft and deliver powerful presentations.

When she isn't working on her books, Michele writes feature articles, blog posts, stories and devotional meditations for numerous publications including MOPS International, Today's Christian Woman, Fullfill Magazine, Hearts-at-Home, Upper Room, David C. Cook's Quiet Hour, Standard Publishing'sDevotions, and multiple compilation books including five titles in the Chicken Soup series.

Michele and the love of her life, Troy, live in Colorado with their six children, ages 7 to 22. She enjoys a good novel, a long run, sleeping in the sun, and a kitchen table filled with people.
